Relating ticket and work order records

To help simplify record management, you can relate tickets or work orders to other tickets or work-related records using the Related Records tab of a ticket or work order application

Procedure

  1. Display the record to which you want to relate other tickets and work orders.
  2. On the Related Records tab, in the Related Tickets section, select the tickets that you want to relate to the current record.
  3. In the Related Work Orders section, select the work orders that you want to relate to the current record.
  4. Save the record.
