Relating ticket and work order records
To help simplify record management, you can relate tickets or work orders to other tickets or work-related records using the Related Records tab of a ticket or work order application
Procedure
- Display the record to which you want to relate other tickets and work orders.
- On the Related Records tab, in the Related Tickets section, select the tickets that you want to relate to the current record.
- In the Related Work Orders section, select the work orders that you want to relate to the current record.
- Save the record.
