Integrating with Workday Connector

You can integrate IBM® Maximo® Manage and Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) to synchronize your HCM data and integrate IBM Maximo Manage and Workday Financial to synchronize your financial data. By completing an integration with Workday Connector, you can synchronize data between systems and access more accurate cost and time reporting information.

Workday Connector facilitates the sharing of financial and HCM data between Maximo and Workday Financial and Workday HCM. The connector eliminates the need for double data entry in both systems and results in accurate costing and time reporting information that is collected in Workday.

System requirements

The integration uses existing integration components of each application to complete the integration.

• IBM Maximo Application Suite.
• IBM App Connect Enterprise version 12.0 or later.
• Workday Web Service version 35.1.
