Configuring Office 365 mail for single sign-on

Use the MaaS360 Persona policy settings to configure Office 365 mail for single sign-on.

About this task

Follow these steps to configure Office 365 mail for single sign-on:

Procedure

  1. From the MaaS360® Portal Home page, select Security > Policies.
  2. Open a Persona policy and navigate to Email > Configuration.
  3. Ensure Office 365 is selected in Mail Server and then select Enable SSO.
    The App Client ID section is displayed.
  4. Enter the application (client) ID in the App Client ID section. For more information about the application client ID, see Registering MaaS360 app in the Azure AD tenant.
    Mail Client ID
    • Domain Name: You must leave this field blank.
    • Account Username: You can leave this field blank or enter %email% (or %upn% if the customer uses the UPN for login to Office365 and their UPN is different from their user email).
    • Email Address: You can leave this field blank or use policy wildcards.
  5. Click Save.
