Transactions Search
The transaction search is restricted to specific roles. If you do not have access to this part of the platform and need to perform a search, please contact your administrator.
Accessing the Transaction Search screens
There are 3 ways in which you can access the Search option feature:

Home page: Click on the Search Transaction box.

Messaging Tab: The dropdown allows the user to choose the Transaction Search.

Live Board: The Search transaction button is directly available from the selected dashboard.
Search Transactions
General criteria section

In this section, you can search using:

The organization or sub-organization in which the transaction was initiated. You can find this field at the top right of the search screen. You select the top-level organization before clicking on the Search transaction button, but you can select a sub-organization once you are on the search screen.

The creation date of the transaction. You can choose to apply a range of From/To or only one date.

The value date for the searched transaction. You can choose to apply a range of From/To or only one date.

The transaction equivalent amount for the searched transaction. You can choose to apply a range of From/To or only one amount.

The transaction currencies
-
from: origin currency of the transaction.

to: destination currency of the transaction.
-

The transaction’s status.
To choose more than one item in a list, keep the control key (Ctrl) depressed while clicking a new item in the list.. You can also select all the items by clicking the All button.
Transaction information section
In this section, you can search using:

The payment type of the transaction.
-
The file format is the name of the input file format: for example, 103.
-
Direction: Inbound & Outbound, Inbound, or Outbound.

Internal ID: The Internal unique ID of the transaction defined in the platform.
-
UETR: Corresponds to the SWIFT Unique End-to-end Transaction ID that uniquely identifies the transaction in the SWIFT network.

Inbound File Internal ID: The ID of the inbound file imported, which contains the transaction.

Transaction Reference: Also known as End-to-end ID. This will stay the same throughout the entire transaction chain and act as a unique identifier for the transaction. This field supports pattern matching with implicit wildcards to return all transaction references that contain the search string.

Operation type: Credit, Debit, or other types selected on the Organization’s configuration.

PCRN: Payment Confirmation Reference Number used by the specific system.

Message ID: Also known as Transaction ID in the ISO 20022 model. This field supports pattern matching with implicit wildcards to return all transaction-related references that contain the search string.
Main participants section
In this section, you can search using:

The Debtor and/or the Creditor

Name: The debtor/creditor’s long name. This field supports pattern matching with implicit wildcards to return all results that contain the search string.

BIC: Specifies the SWIFT bank identifier code of the financial institution.

National ID: Specifies the clearing system identification code of the financial institution.
-
Country Code: The 2-character code corresponding to the participant’s country name.
-
Account number and currency of the participant.

Agents section
In this section, you can search from:

The Debtor agent, the Creditor agent, the Instructing agent, and/or the Instructed agent
-
Name: The agent's long name. This field supports pattern matching with implicit wildcards to return all results that contain the search string.

BIC: Specifies the SWIFT bank identifier code of the financial institution.

National ID: Specifies the clearing system identification code of the financial institution.

Country Code: The 2-character code corresponding to the participant country name.

Account number and currency of the creditor agent and debtor agent.

Other details section
In this section, you can search using:

Remittance Information and Instruction for Creditor Agent: Information accompanying the payment and allowing its proper processing. These fields support pattern matching with implicit wildcards to return all results that contain the search string.
Transaction results section

In this section, results are ordered by:

Id (Internal identifier)
To access or copy this identifier, click on the copy icon located in the first column: it is copied to the clipboard. You can use it to document issues, for example.

An action column is added to let you interact with the selected result:

History: Displays the entire history of the selected transaction. All changes made to the transaction since its creation are listed with the corresponding dates and the identity of the modifier.

Details: open a new page with all the details for the selected transaction.
Search actions section
Once the search parameters/fields that you are seeking are filled, you can use the following:

Datasource: If this organization is selected at the top right allows you to search into external databases, and you can select the corresponding provider. Internal provider allows you to search directly into the internal database; this is the default provider.

Reset: You can click on Reset to remove all parameters and fields from the entire form.

Search: You can press the Search button to display the results at the bottom of the page.

Export CSV & PDF: After each search, you can export all results in CSV or PDF. The export results are limited to 1000 results.
After the search, all the sections will collapse. You need to reopen them and modify your search.
