Above the Workspace Navigator, you can access
the project menu
to open a project, move between open projects, and create projects.
To open the project menu, click the

You can perform configuration and administrative
tasks, such as logging,
scheduling, and reporting, outside of the context of a project in
the console.
To perform product module tasks, such as information
analysis or services
enablement, you must first open a project. A project is a logical
container
for all of the tasks that can be performed in a product module.
