Troubleshooting and support for RQA customer-managed

Before you report your problem to IBM Support, complete the following steps:
- Make sure that RQA services are up and running. For more information, see Monitoring RQA services from Prometheus and Monitoring RQA services from Grafana.
- Search the knowledge bases and forums for answers to your questions or issues.
- Record any error messages that you see. Error messages often contain codes that make more sense when you investigate your problem further. You might also receive multiple error messages that look similar, but that have subtle differences. By recording the details of each message, you can learn more about the problem and provide more information to IBM Support.
- To get assistance, contact IBM RQA support. If required, create a ticket for assistance, and attach the downloaded logs for the issue.
