Removing the Word or Excel export utility

You can uninstall the utility for exporting test assets from Word or Excel for use with the application.

Procedure

  1. In Microsoft Windows, open the Control Panel, and click Add or Remove Programs.
  2. Select RQMExcelImporter or RQMWordImporter.
  3. Click Remove and confirm your intent to remove the program.
  4. Open the following directory and delete the log files:
    • C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Application Data\Mso2Rqm, where USER is the ID of the user (pre-Windows 7)
    • C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Mso2Rqm, where USER is the ID of the user (Windows 7)
  5. Close Add or Remove Programs.
