You must be a registered user on the IBM Support website to download fixes and to
submit a problem online to IBM Support
Portal.
Procedure

Open the IBM Support
Portal website.

Click the Profile icon, , and click
Create an IBMid.

In the
ibm.com
sign-in page, type your username and password. If you do not
have an ibm.com
user, click Create an IBMid.

Complete the IBMid registration form.
Note: The email address that you specify in the form is your user name or IBMid.
- Click Continue.
- Complete the user information form.

Click Sign up for an IBMid.
A confirmation page displays to verify the completion of the registration.
Results
After the registration is complete, you can sign in to the IBM Support Portal
website with your IBMid and password.
