Note: The Rhapsody Gateway is not included with Rhapsody Tools and Utilities starting with V10.0. If you are using Rhapsody Gateway with DOORS V9 and an earlier version of Rhapsody , consider the following:
  • In the short term, the teams that are using Gateway occasionally, can save Rhapsody V10 models in 9.0.2 format and use Gateway.
  • In the short term, the teams that are using Gateway heavily can continue to use Rhapsody 9.0.2 and Gateway.
  • Consider using Rhapsody Model Manager and DOORS Web Access for future traceability.
  • Contact IBM to discuss the Rhapsody roadmap under a non-disclosure agreement to learn about future plans for integration with DOORS V9.

Before you contact IBM software support, gather the background information to describe your problem. When you are describing a problem to an IBM software support specialist, be as specific as possible. Include all the relevant background information so that the specialist can help you solve the problem efficiently. To save time, know the answers to these questions:

  • What software versions were you running when the problem occurred?
  • Do you have logs, traces, or messages that are related to the problem?
  • Can you reproduce the problem? If so, what steps do you take to reproduce it?
  • Is there a workaround for the problem? If so, be prepared to describe the workaround.
