Running the DS CLI
You can use the DS CLI in three different command modes.
The following command modes are available:
- Single-shot
- Interactive
- Script
Note: DS CLI logs are created on the system running the DS CLI. The location of the logs is
under the user home directory at dscli/log/. This location cannot be
changed. For example, on Windows the logs for the
administrator user are created under the directory C:\Documents and
Settings\Administrator\dscli\log. On UNIX, the
logs are created under the directory
~/dscli/log.
