You can create an interaction reference using the Palette
or the diagram assist feature in the diagram editor. You can use the
interaction reference to create an interaction or to reference an
existing diagram in the model.
Create sequence diagrams from existing interaction references
You can populate an interaction reference in an interaction
overview diagram by using the Palette to add UML elements. You can
create a sequence diagram from the interaction reference to provide
further detail about the interaction.
