IBM® Content Integrator includes
component logging, custom logging, and audit logging.
Logging can be configured to log problems at different severity levels
and to send the messages to a different logging server location.

- Component logging logs messages about component activity in the content
integration server.
- Custom logging
- Custom logging logs messages about the various components in the content
integration server. Custom logging can be customized to log different levels
of messages from each individual component to the Java™ class level.
- Audit logging
- Audit logging logs messages about repository read and write activity.
