System requirements

Ensure that the following system requirements are met with IBM Cloud Pak® for Integration on OpenShift Container Platform 4.x accelerator.

Review the system requirements for OpenShift Container Platform V4.x accelerator at System requirements. Ensure that all system requirements are met for OpenShift Container Platform V4.x accelerator before you use IBM Cloud Pak for Integration accelerator.

  • IBM Cloud Pak® System 2.3.2.0.

  • (IBM® OS Image for Red Hat Linux® Systems) 64-Bit, V7.7 (RHEL 7.7 X64), base OS image V3.0.15.0.161, which is available with OpenShift Container Platform V2.3.2.0 default data.

  • Deploy a Cloud Pak Docker Private Registry Shared Service where OpenShift Container Platform V4.2.18 images are hosted. For more information, see Getting started with OpenShift Container Platform accelerator.

  • Ensure that a Red Hat Satellite Six Shared Service instance is available with the following packages and are used only by the Helper Node:

    • rhel-7-server-rpms
    • rhel-7-server-extras-rpms
