Troubleshooting data for IBM Documentation problems
CICS® MustGather for IBM® Documentation problems
Gather the following diagnostic information before contacting the CICS support team to troubleshoot your documentation problems.
Required data
- A brief description of what you attempt to do when you experience the problem.
- Messages or errors that you receive, for example, on screen or in the /logs directory of the locally-installed version of IBM Docs Offline.
- The way in which you attempt to use the CICS TS
documentation:
- On the internet, accessing CICS TS product documentation in IBM Documentation.
- Locally, using the downloadable IBM Docs Offline.
- The browser and browser version that you use to access the documentation.
- If you use a local IBM Docs Offline, the operating system of the machine where you installed the documentation.
