CICS® MustGather for IBM® Documentation problems

Gather the following diagnostic information before contacting the CICS support team to troubleshoot your documentation problems.

Required data

  1. A brief description of what you attempt to do when you experience the problem.
  2. Messages or errors that you receive, for example, on screen or in the /logs directory of the locally-installed version of IBM Docs Offline.
  3. The way in which you attempt to use the CICS TS documentation:
  4. The browser and browser version that you use to access the documentation.
  5. If you use a local IBM Docs Offline, the operating system of the machine where you installed the documentation.
