Troubleshooting and support
To isolate and resolve CICS® Transaction Server problems, you can use various problem determination resources that are provided with IBM® products, including CICS. This information contains instructions for using the available problem determination tools and resources. It also provides information on using diagnostic aids such as dumps and trace as well as general guidance on how to classify and deal with the problem. Problem determination can be complex at times and may extend beyond CICS TS. When other IBM products are involved, you should also refer to other product documentation as appropriate. If you need to request IBM Support for assistance, you must prepare CICS troubleshooting data (often referred to as CICS MustGather) in advance.
