Manager override

When you apply discounts to orders that are placed by customers, you can configure the manager override for various discounts. For example, if the discount is more than 10 percent, the customer service representative (CSR) cannot apply it directly and needs an approval from the manager.

Discounts

When the manager override is enabled, after validation, if the manager override rule is applicable, the Manager ID field is displayed for manager's approval.
