Working with case solutions in the IBM Business Automation Workflow Case Client

From the Case Client, you can process work items that are assigned to you and search for and view information about the associated cases. You can add unplanned tasks to be completed by you or others. You can assign users and groups to roles and reassign multiple work items by user role.

About this task

A case consists of a collection of information that is used to achieve a business goal. A case can contain documents, history, miscellaneous comments, and other information that is used to process and manage the case.
