File Upload/Download

Sterling Document Tracking enables you to upload and download data files to or from Sterling Document Tracking. You can use File upload to manually move data to your outbox or use File Download to download data from your inbox. This functionality is a manual process best suited for businesses that do not transmit high volumes of data.

File Upload and File Download are accessible only to customers who use HTTP as their communications protocol and are set up for these services. File Upload and File Download are visible only to Admin users, or to Select Access users with File Upload or File Download access.
