Overview of InFlight
InFlight shows you the status of your inbound and outbound electronic business data as it moves through IBM Sterling B2B Integration SaaS so you can make sure it was sent or received successfully. InFlight collects information about your data at a minimum of three points as it moves through B2B Integration SaaS: when it is received from the sender, when it is processed, and when it is sent to the receiver.
You can use InFlight to:
- Check the status of your inbound and outbound documents and files
- See whether your documents and files have a status of Success, Processing, or Failed. If a document or file fails, you can use the Document detail or Data detail pages, respectively, to get more information about the failed event.
- Get an overview of your document activity
- Use the Dashboard to see the status of all your documents from the past 24 hours, and a comparison of your document activity week to week.
- See detailed information about each document and file
- The Document detail and Data detail pages, respectively, offer additional file, event, and attachment details, list the events your data has undergone, show its acknowledgment status, and more.
- Create saved searches and reports
- If you need to create searches or reports of the same information frequently, you can save your search or report criteria and apply it in the future with one click.
- Restart and resend files
- Users with Restart files and Resend files permissions can restart and resend files, which can help if a file either was not processed correctly or failed to send.
