Troubleshooting: Code list or map in conflict status
The status Conflict might occur when an update to a code list or map is made outside of Configuration Hub. You cannot do any action on a code list or map in this status. If a code list or map is in Conflict status, IBM Support follows a synchronization process to fix the conflict. The path to resolving a conflict depends on the most recent actions that you took for the code list or map. The conflict resolution process also depends on the status of the code list or map when the conflict occurred. If you own the lock for a code list or map that is in Conflict status, IBM Support might contact you to notify you that they are unlocking the code list or map so they can resolve the conflict. If you checked out a code list or map that is in Conflict status, during the synchronization procedure, your current work-in-progress version of the code list or map is saved with a Final status and it is displayed in the version history. You can view this version through the version history of the code list or map. You can download and save your updates to the code list or source map locally. Then, when the synchronization successfully completes, IBM® Support notifies you that you can check out the code list or map and upload your changes.
