IBM® Business Automation Insights creates predefined searches for you.
Important: Do not delete the predefined searches, otherwise your dashboards will
not work any more.
The following tables list what summaries are returned for what searches.
Searches related to BPMN processes
| What process instances are searched for | What summaries are returned |

| Process instances | Process instance summaries based on the time stamp field. |
| Started process instances | Process instance summaries based on the startTime field. |
| Completed process instances | Process instance summaries based on the completedTime field. |
| Processes instances currently at risk | Process instance summaries that are in Active, Suspended, Resumed, or Migrated state and have
the atRiskDateAssignedTime field set in the past. This search does not depend
on the time range that is set in Kibana time range picker  . |
