Timed out creating bootstrap VM

Message: Bootstrap VM creation on provisioner node (also known as RU7 or compute-1-ru7) has not started.

Diagnostics

  1. As a kni user, on the provisioner node, review the log file /home/kni/clusterconfigs/.openshift_install.log.

  2. Rectify the reported problem.

Next actions

In the installation user interface, click Retry to restart the installation.

If problem persists, collect all files in /home/kni/logs and /home/kni/clusterconfigs, and contact IBM support .
