Error conditions

The error message can be for the following conditions:
  • <switch-name:switch IBM Serial Number>: PSU1 Temperature Not OK
  • <switch-name:switch IBM Serial Number>: PSU2 Temperature Not OK

Do the following steps to diagnose the problem:
  1. Check the temperature in and around the appliance.
  2. Check whether the rack has airflow gap. If airflow problem, then the node also gets heated up.
  3. Check if the fan is working.
  4. If the problem persists, collect Network switches logs and contact IBM support .
