The error message can be for the following conditions:
  • <switch-name:switch IBM Serial Number>: PSU1 Fan1 Not OK
  • <switch-name:switch IBM Serial Number>: PSU2 Fan1 Not OK

Do the following steps to diagnose the problem:
  1. Check the LED state.
  2. Check loose PWR connection and the cable connecting power PDU.
  3. If the issue is not resolved,contact IBM support .
