Estimated Marginal Means

This table displays the model-estimated marginal means and standard errors of TG and WGT at the factor combinations of Gender and Time.

For both males and females, you can see a steady downward progression from the initial weight to the final weight. Thus, on average, the patients tend to decrease in weight over the course of the diet.

The results for triglyceride levels are muddled. For males, there appears to be a downward progression from the initial triglyceride level to the final level. For females, the triglyceride levels appear to vary randomly from time period to time period. This suggests an interaction effect, but it might be easier to see in the profile plots.
