Operator response
 The operator at the other end will receive
I/O errors and may contact you. If the operator contacts you, check
with the system programmer to determine whether that operator's node
should be authorized to sign on to this node.

System programmer response
 If the node requesting signon should
be authorized, have your operator either give the correct node password
to the operator at that node or delete the password for this node
using the $T NODE,P=(VERIFY=password,SEND=password) command.
