System requirements for Maximo for Transportation

Before you install Maximo® for Transportation, your environment must meet all of the hardware and software requirements.

The user who is installing Maximo for Transportation must have administrative user rights.

When the installation program is run, it requires access to the middleware servers that are installed with Maximo Asset Management. Ensure that you have the administrative user IDs and passwords for the application server, the database server, and the directory server.

Enterprise system

You install Maximo for Transportation 7.6.2 on the administrative workstation where Maximo Asset Management 7.6.0.3 is installed.

Maximo Asset Management Multitenancy

Maximo for Transportation 7.6.2 can be installed with Maximo Asset Management Multitenancy 7.6.0.3, and Maximo for Transportation is enabled for all tenants except the system provider tenant.
