OpenShift Roles and permissions

Roles that are assigned within Red Hat OpenShift define the various tasks that are required to install and configure IBM Cloud Pak® for Integration. An OpenShift user is assigned permissions using OpenShift role-based access control.

Two roles are required for Cloud Pak for Integration:

• A cluster administrator is assigned the cluster-admin role.

• A namespace admin is assigned the admin role in a specific namespace (project).
