After documents or e-mail messages have been declared as
a record, only an authorized user is able to retrieve the documents
or e-mail messages back from DB2® Content Manager repository
to the Lotus® Notes® client.
You can retrieve Lotus Notes documents,
e-mail messages, or attachments two ways:
Retrieve records in a Lotus Notes folder
or view window
Retrieve records in a Lotus Notes document
window.
