Explanation
 This message indicates that a Db2 subsystem has terminated. The actual MVS termination of the Db2 address space(s) may have completed earlier.
This message is presented for every termination, normal or abnormal. 

Operator response
 Issue a DISPLAY ACTIVE command to see if MVS has completed termination processing
of the address space(s).
