Explanation
 An attempt to allocate a VTAM® LU6.2 conversation failed because a password
was not supplied in the connection request.

System action
 The attempt to access the remote database resource
fails, and the failure is reported to the SQL application.

Programmer response
 Contact the administrator of the client
system. The client must be configured to transmit a password in the
connection request.
This is known in LU6.2 as SECURITY=PGM on
the ALLOCATE verb.
