QM subsystems management

You can use QM Subsystems Management in CAE to work with monitoring profiles and monitoring agents for all of your Query Monitor subsystems.

Managing monitoring profiles in CAE
Use monitoring profiles to control how Db2® Query Monitor monitors specific workloads. You can create, view, update, and delete these profiles from the CAE interface. (Alternatively, you can use the ISPF interface.)
Activating a monitoring agent from CAE
You can activate a monitoring agent to collect data about a Db2® subsystem. One way to activate an agent is from the CAE interface.
Deactivating a monitoring agent
Follow these steps to deactivate a monitoring agent.
Changing the monitoring profile used by a monitoring agent in CAE
In the CAE interface, you can change which monitoring profile is used by an agent at any time.
Refreshing a monitoring profile in CAE
If you update a monitoring profile, you need to refresh the profile to implement the changes. You can do this refresh from the CAE interface.
