What does "6.x" mean?

The 6.x documentation applies to all the releases in Version 6 of CICS TS: that is, CICS TS 6.1 and CICS TS 6.2. Information within a section that is unique to a release is identified with a tag, such as 6.1. If the whole section applies uniquely to one release, the title of the section identifies this.
