Configuration file editor

Use the configuration file editor to edit existing configuration files or to create new ones.

The configuration file editor has the following controls and fields:

Configurations: Select the configurations file you want to edit or select (New) from the list to define a new configuration file.

Editing Window: Edit an existing file, or type in text for a new configuration file in this window.

Check Configuration Output: Verification information appears in this window when you click the Check button.

Save: Click the Save button to save the current configuration file, or to rename it by using Save As... .

Check: Click the Check button to verify the configuration file you are editing. Information about the verification process is output in the Check Configuration Output pane at the bottom of the editor.

Delete: Click the Delete button to delete the current configuration file.
