Format

NLSmapname

The NLSmapname code converts data from internal format to external format and vice versa using the specified map. mapname is either a valid map name or one of the following: LPTR, CRT, AUX, or OS.

The STATUS function returns one of the following:

0

Conversion successful

1

mapname invalid, string returned empty

2

Conversion invalid

3

Data converted, but result might be invalid (map could not deal with some characters)
