Creating Scorecards

Scorecard is a set of headlines and criteria. The criteria are assigned weights. You can create Scorecards from the Configuration menu of the Strategic Importance module.

Before you begin

Before you can create scorecards, you must create criteria from the Criteria Pool menu in the Strategic Importance module.

Procedure

To create a scorecard, complete the following steps:

  1. In the left navigation pane, click Strategic Importance > Configuration > Scorecards.
  2. Click New in the Search Result section.
  3. On the New Scorecard page, perform the following steps:
    1. Enter master data. For configuring information in the master data, see Master Data Fields for Creating Scorecards.
    2. Add criteria to the scorecard.
    3. (Optional) Define the participants.
  4. Click Release on top of the page.

Results

You can use the scorecard in Strategic Importance only after it has been released.
