Integrating DOORS and Global Configuration
You can configure IBM® Engineering Requirements Management DOORS® (DOORS) and Global Configuration (GC) to integrate with one another. The integration is accomplished by using Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration (OSLC), an open standard that IBM developed in cooperation with Business Partners and customers. Working with Global Configurations allows the viewing of and linking between specific versions of data, both in DOORS and in any remote services that contribute to those Global Configurations.
Important: Use the following versions of the products to use Global Configurations:
- DOORS Client version 9.7 or later
- DOORS Database Server version 9.7 or later
- DWA version 9.7 or later
Also, it's important to set the minimum client version to 9.7 from the DOORS client.
