You can download and use the provided business objects to create and upload batch
definitions.
About this task
The download limit depends on the role. If you have multiple roles assigned to you, the
download limit cannot be determined.
Procedure
To download business objects, complete the following
steps:
- In the list page of the business object, search for the record you want to download.
- Click .
- On the Download data to Excel, CSV, PDF, etc. window, specify the
Title.
- From the Format list, select the appropriate batch definition, and the
download format.
Note: Selecting the appropriate batch definition is essential to upload the data back by using batch
upload. Consider the 'Generic Insert / Update' or the 'Generic Update' format only in advance cases.
This format is not needed for most objects.
