Internal Organization Issues

There can be instances when the address, phones, address records, and so on, are not extracted properly in the Emptoris® Strategic Supply Management Platform, due to which you can have issues in migration.

Addresses for internal organizations are not extracted from Emptoris Contract Management

Organizations automatically get a code in Emptoris Strategic Supply Management Platform

In the Emptoris Strategic Supply Management Platform, all organizations must have a code. After organizations are imported into the Emptoris Strategic Supply Management Platform, a code is automatically assigned to them.

Address records cannot be shared in Emptoris Contract Management

In Emptoris Contract Management, you might create address records and share those records across the application among internal organizations, users, and suppliers. You can no longer create and maintain address records in Emptoris Contract Management or share them across entities. This is a loss of functionality. In the Emptoris Strategic Supply Management Platform, address records must be created individually for every record of internal organizations, users, and suppliers.
