Managing contexts

Create and modify contexts and add support for non-English locales.

Procedure

To manage contexts:

  1. From the Administrator role, click Menu > Code Tables.
  2. In the Code Type list, select CFFACT.FRAUD_ASSESSMENT_CONTEXT. The configured context settings are displayed.
  3. Optional: Double-click a cell to edit the values for an existing row.
  4. Optional: Click Add to add another row.
    1. Double-click a cell to add values in the new row for the Stereotype, Name, and Description fields. Acceptable characters for the Stereotype field include the following characters:
      • Lowercase letters (a-z)
      • Uppercase letters (A-Z)
      • Numbers (0-9)
      • Underscore (_)
      • Period (.)
      • Hyphen (-)
    2. Click Save.
    A new row is created in the grid that you can edit to define. Click Save.
  5. Optional: Select the Edit other languages check box, and select a predefined language from the Language menu. Two more columns are displayed in the grid, Name (Translated) and Description (Translated), that are populated with the default (English) Name and Description for languages other than French and Brazilian Portuguese.
  6. Optional: In the Name (Translated) and Description (Translated) columns, enter the translated name and description. Click Save.
  7. If you need to view a non-English-language version, change the browser locale in your browser options to the language that you require and restart the browser.
