Operational Dashboard

Operational reporting of the IBM® Counter Fraud Management solution is focused on the efficiency of the Counter Fraud team (Special Investigations Unit).

This dashboard displays information on the current investigations, closed investigations, team use and who is working on them.

This operational report contains the following:

  • The dashboard shows bar charts that provide information on the current, in progress cases by case type and investigator.
  • Shows trends of closed case counts by case type and investigator.
  • A Time range prompt is available to allow the user to look at data further back in time on the two available trend charts.
  • A Solution prompt is available and displays the Solution of the investigator.
