Font Substitution options
With the font substitution parameters, the viewer is configured to make font substitutions to Microsoft Word or Microsoft PowerPoint documents.
This substitution is sometimes necessary when the document requires a specific font to render, but the font is not available on the server where the viewer is deployed. In such cases, the viewer can perform a "closest match" font substitution to display the document.
The following parameters are configurable for font substitution if applicable. Where font substitution occurs, it can mean that there is a change to the layout of the document. See Annotations and "flow layout" format documents for further detail on layouts. So allowing of font substitutions must be considered carefully where annotations are used that cover sensitive information on documents since they can lead to a potential security risk.
