Messages are not being processed by the Distribution engine

Problem:
Messages are not being processed by the Distribution engine.
Symptom:
The messaging queues for Distribution are increasing and no processing activity is seen for the Distribution engine.
Solution:
Verify the following:
  • The proper WebSphere® MQ Listener port(s) are started using the WebSphere Administrative Console.
  • The Distribution engine application (Presentment_EJBEAR) is active.
