Keyboard shortcuts

To make the window and functions easy to use, the following keyboard shortcuts are available.
Notes:
  1. The available shortcuts depend on the page or function selected.
  2. A key combination that is already assigned to a different application might not be available.

Enter Enter Open or view current message If Open is not allowed on the message, View is executed instead.
Delete Delete Delete selected messages Only when Delete is available on the selected messages.
Ctrl + S Ctrl + S Sort the message list by the column of the selected cell. Only when the selected cell is from a sortable column. If the list is currently sorted by that column, the sort order is reversed.
Alt + Shift + S Alt + S
Alt + Shift + M Alt + M Create message Only on Draft queues with purpose Create.
Alt + Shift + T Alt + T Create template Only on Template queues.
