Overview of the installation process
After completing the planning steps, you are ready to install the PowerHA® SystemMirror® software.
Step 1: Installing PowerHA SystemMirror on server nodes

- Configuring installed hardware
- Defining shared Logical Volume Manager (LVM) components
- Configuring AIX® for PowerHA SystemMirror
After you create a basic cluster and configure supporting components, you are ready to configure and monitor your cluster as described in the Administering PowerHA SystemMirror.
