Improving audit logging and search performance

To improve audit logging and search performance when Auditing is enabled, verify that the I_Event48 index was correctly created on the Event table.

The correct creation of I_Event48 index involves the following columns in the order shown:

source_object_id, create_date

If the index was not created with this order, complete the following actions:

Microsoft SQL (Connected to the database)

DROP INDEX Event.I_Event48

DB2® and Oracle (Logged in as the schema owner)

DROP INDEX I_Event48

All databases

CREATE INDEX I_EVENT48 ON Event (source_object_id, create_date DESC)
