IBM® watsonx™ Version 2.2.2
A new version of SPSS Modeler was released in October 2025.

The SQL optimization feature improves performance by compiling SQL operations into code that can run in the database and then pushing these operations back to the database to run.

- Use SQL optimization with Kerberos SSO for Oracle

- Give users a viewer role

An administrator can now add users with the viewer role so that they can see the output of SPSS Modeler flows. Viewers can open a flow in a read-only mode, where they can view the models and model nuggets.

- The following updates were introduced in this release:
- You can now adjust the size of the node properties panel.
- When configuring a Data Asset node, you can now set the Table format as Iceberg or Delta Lake to get the correct properties for your Apache Iceberg or Delta Lake tables.
