About this task
If you use a cron to start the automatic calculation of destination travel times between service addresses, then your scheduling application can get the best order for a technician's route. The calculations and best routes are used to optimize your schedule.
If you don't want to use a cron, you can manually start the automatic calculation of the travel times. Also you can manually enter travel time between service addresses in the Service Address application. For more information about both scenarios, see Service addresses.
