Adding templates to BIRT

You must set the location of the templates folder in BIRT before you can use report templates.

Procedure

  1. From the main menu in Eclipse, select Preferences.
  2. Expand Report Design and select Template.
  3. In the Template folder field, specify the location of the templates in your report development environment, for example:
    <local file path>\maximo\reports\birt\templates
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Exit Eclipse and restart it.
