Hiding the Lock Out / Tag Out application

The Lock Out / Tag Out application of Maximo® Asset Management is not compatible with the Clearances application of Maximo for Nuclear Power. You can either hide the Lock Out / Tag Out application or leave it as is.

About this task

You use security permissions to hide the Lock Out / Tag Out application of Maximo Asset Management. You specify which security group or groups see only the Clearances application of Maximo for Nuclear Power.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Security Groups application (Go To > Security > Security Groups).
  2. Select the security group from which you want to hide the Lock Out / Tag Out application.
  3. Open the Applications tab, search for Lock Out / Tag Out, and select the application.
  4. Select Revoke Listed Applications > All Above.
  5. Save the security group record, and repeat the steps for all of the security groups from which you want to hide the Lock Out / Tag Out application.
